This three-hour virtual workshop will facilitate a discussion on levels of service (LOS) through an asset management lens, identifying existing LOS for different service categories.  

Levels of service, as defined in ISO 55000, are the parameters, or combination of parameters, that reflect the social, political, environmental, and economic outcomes of those services. The parameters can include safety, customer satisfaction, quality, quantity, capacity, reliability, responsiveness, environmental acceptability, cost, and availability.  

The workshop will explore and discuss ways of measuring LOS and potential barriers to providing LOS.
