Cost and Service Validation.

This 3-hour workshop will build on outcomes from the  ‘Lifecycle Management & Lifecycle Strategy’ information obtained in earlier activities. 

The Financial Strategy Workshop will provide direction and guidance on the financial aspects of the Asset Management system, including capital plans, operations and maintenance (O&M) plans, and funding requirements. The team will review your goals related to Levels of Service (LOS) and compare with affordability.  

A validation of service life and financial assumptions will be discussed with each of the First Nations during this workshop.
